The TV has not worked properly since the second month. Bad product, horrible support. The refund check has been AP posted since August 6th but a trucking company has still not contacted me.
Changing the panel didn't fix the problem.First, Samsung tried to fix it but couldn't. The customer service is so inefficient, slow and unhelpful. The exchange process has been going on for 4 months and is still not complete. There are these dead gray pixels on the left hand side of the screen.
Customer service doesn't give me more information except to wait more time. Then they tried to exchange it but ran out of their TV stock. Now they've been trying to issue a refund but can not seem to move the process along.
No idea when they will pick up the old TV and issue a refund check.
We've had our Samsung for 9 months. Has anyone had similar issues. Two months ago, we noticed a black vertical line on the screen. It started out small - but has now grown to be almost 1/2 of the screen. We are calling Samsung, but have not been given a comfortable feeling on either replacement or. This is still in warranty.
I never regrets this purchase, though it is too early to say what it would be in the long run. I had an extensive research before going for this product within my budget. though the item was from the warehouse, it had all it's new look and also it came with new literature.
This TV really change my viewing ecperience its me me wow. it look really great even just looking at it i must say one og =f the bes designed in town. so far no dead pixex work very flowlessly.
This TV was beautiful for 7 months, then it died. Thank God I at least bought the extended protection, even though they don't seem to know what they're doing. The Geek squad has been out a few times replacing one part at a time trying to figure out the problem. In the meantime, I'm out both a TV and $3000.00. Honestly, if you pay $3000.00 for a TV, it should last a little longer than 7 months. Samsung, no thanks.I'll try Sony or something else next time.
